CANCELLED TRIPS

TR.E.E. Tours reserves the right to cancel any trip due to inadequate sign-up or other cause that makes the trip financially unfeasible
to operate. In such a case, a full refund is given but TR.E.E. Tours is not responsible for additional expenses incurred by guests preparing
for a trip (air tickets, clothes, equipment, etc.).

GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES

Trip members have certain responsibilities to TR.E.E. Tours and their fellow trip members. Each trip member is responsible for understanding
the conditions implied in the trip itinerary and selecting a trip that is appropriate for your abilities and interests. Trip members are responsible
for adequately preparing for the trip, arriving on time, being on time and following guide instructions. At a trip leader’s discretion, a guest
may be asked to leave the trip if the leader feels that a person’s further participation may be detrimental to the enjoyment of group.

MEDICAL AND HELTH

It is critical that trip members make medical problems known in the initial questionnaire. The trip leader has the right to disqualify anyone
at any time of the trip if the trip leader believes a trip member is physically and or mentally incapable or if a trip member’s continued
participation jeopardizes the group. Refunds are not given under such circumstances. Trip members are required to make known, in writing,
any special needs with regard to diet (vegetarian, vegan) and or special needs related to religious beliefs upon registration. For special circumstances, such as over age 65, TR.E.E. Tours requires a signed medical certificate from your doctor. Once you have been confirmed
for a trip, normal cancellation fees apply if your doctor does not approve the Medical Certificate. Prices, dates, payment schedules,
cancellation policies and itineraries are subject to change.
