Most of our trips are limited to 20 people. At least two guides accompany our trips.
CAN I DO A CUSTOM TRIP?
Absolutely! This is one of the main reasons TR.E.E. Tours was started, to cater to the discerning traveler that wants more out of their
experience. Give us the details and or your ideas on what you would like to do and we will do our best to accommodate your wishes.
An additional consulting fee is applicable to the final cost of the trip.
WHEN CAN I TRAVEL?
Each trip has recommended travel times, however, schedules do not always match. If you have a group of family and or friends that
comprise at least 10 trip members, we can build a trip to surpass your expectations. Trips of 10 or less are also possible, at higher rates.
WHAT DOES THE TRIP INCLUDE?
The cost for most trips includes the following:
• Expert leadership
• A travel list of necessary clothing items
• All or most group meals.
• Entrance fees
• Hotel fees, in most cases
• Flights, in most cases
• Transfers
WHAT DOES THE TRIP NOT INCLUDE?
Each trip varies slightly so please ask for a detailed itinerary for the specifics. The cost for most trips does not include the following:
• Drinks and alcohol
• Souvenirs
• Hotels and flights in some cases.
Many of our clients are frequent travelers and would like to use their frequent flyer miles. Should this be the case, trip members are
required to be at an initial orientation meeting at a specified time.
HOW MUCH SHOULD I TIP?
Guide tips are left entirely to trip members discretion. While a tip is a signal to the guide of your satisfaction with the trip, tips often
range from 5 to 15% of trip costs per guest and are split among guides.
WHY SHOULD I TRAVEL WITH TREE TOURS?
TR.E.E. Tours gives our trip members the MUST see but the added touch of personnel experiences and conversations that you will not get anywhere else. Our speciality is to give you an experience that increases quality of life through the special moments you will never forget.
You will return from a TR.E.E. Tour trip having learned and grown.
